How we do it:
Positive Polar will work with scientists and conservationists to mimic the positive impact that whales are doing in parts of the ocean while cruising, and to study how our ocean works and what we can do to protect it.
By doing this, we will help to restore the balance that was upset by the extensive hunting of whales in the past and the actual atmospheric pollution, studying how the biological carbon pump driven by whales and other natural forces, could be augmented so that we can more quickly help the ocean to recover its abundance and biodiversity.
This will naturally result in more fish stocks available for a growing human population and possibly more carbon capture benefiting the climate.
